The brigadiers, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Sticks" class="bbcode_artist">Sticks</a>, James, Phreaco Rico and <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Typhoon" class="bbcode_artist">Typhoon</a> are taking it to the next level in the Zwollisch saga, to the beats produced by <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/A.R.T." class="bbcode_artist">A.R.T.</a>. The name <strong>Fakkelbrigade</strong> (Dutch for 'Torch Brigade') was already heard a lot in tracks from <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Opgezwolle" class="bbcode_artist">Opgezwolle</a>, the Dutch <a href="http://www.last.fm/tag/hip%20hop" class="bbcode_tag" rel="tag">hip hop</a> formation from Zwolle, NL where most of the Fakkelbrigadiers where part of. With the release of their 'debute' album <a title="Fakkelbrigade - Colucci Era" href="http://www.last.fm/music/Fakkelbrigade/Colucci+Era" class="bbcode_album">Colucci Era</a> in 2009, Fakkelbrigade was officially born.

Chef cook <strong>A.R.T.</strong> serves his unique sound, which you already could hear some of on <a title="Typhoon - Tussen Licht En Lucht" href="http://www.last.fm/music/Typhoon/Tussen+Licht+En+Lucht" class="bbcode_album">Tussen Licht En Lucht</a> (<a title="Typhoon – Zendeghi" href="http://www.last.fm/music/Typhoon/_/Zendeghi" class="bbcode_track">Zendeghi</a> and <a title="Typhoon – Wind Waait" href="http://www.last.fm/music/Typhoon/_/Wind+Waait" class="bbcode_track">Wind Waait</a>) and <a title="Sticks - Fakkelteit" href="http://www.last.fm/music/Sticks/Fakkelteit" class="bbcode_album">Fakkelteit</a> (<a title="Sticks – Spaanse Vlieg" href="http://www.last.fm/music/Sticks/_/Spaanse+Vlieg" class="bbcode_track">Spaanse Vlieg</a>). The rappers heard the sounds that came out of his kitchen and descided to stay for dinner every night. A fruitful cooperation, from the men that, apart from their solo careers and other projects, released their creations on the Benelux as a group, from now on.

James, who proved himself worthy several times already (<a title="Opgezwolle – Vroeger/Nu" href="http://www.last.fm/music/Opgezwolle/_/Vroeger%2FNu" class="bbcode_track">Vroeger/Nu</a> and <a title="Opgezwolle – Utopia" href="http://www.last.fm/music/Opgezwolle/_/Utopia" class="bbcode_track">Utopia</a>) lets hear from himself more now, and is the perfect 'unknown companion' in the group. He now has a bigger share in the tracks. Other than that, the Brigadiers are widely-spread in the Dutch 'Nederhop' scene, so you'll often hear guest-artists too.
